After the communion, your first priority should be to get the dress dry cleaned. The dress will look as beautiful as the day you received it, free of stains, once the cleaning is complete. When you return your garment from the dry cleaner, carefully take off the plastic wrap that will be covering it. The plastic will adhere to the dress more readily and eventually create ugly stains if this step is skipped. Wrapping the communion dresses for girls in tissue paper and storing it in a box is one of the greatest ways to ensure that it maintains its ideal condition. Note that if you use colourful tissue paper for long-term storage, it will leave ugly stains on your clothing. You cannot throw away your unused clothing in plastic bags. Since the kind of plastic box prevents clothing from breathing, it is more prone to rot. The ideal container is one that lets air pass through yet is impenetrable to light.
